You can finally order the long-awaited chocolate subscription from us. A total of 5 chocolate products end up in your mailbox every month.
And not only that: You even have the choice between a mixed version with a colorful selection of chocolate (which was offered here) and the vegan subscription version 'CLASSIC' with dark chocolate .
Chocolate subscription: fair, fine & sustainable
Please note that we try to avoid packaging waste as far as possible . In order to make this easier for our subscribers as well, we will send you a box the first time, which can then be refilled. The tasting materials are also included in the first box. In the following boxes, we then concentrate fully on the chocolate and avoiding superfluous packaging. That means: full enjoyment with the least possible waste generation. Of course, the follow-up boxes still contain tasting notes for each chocolate. Don't worry: In the 1st box you will find a note on this again!

In the ' MIXED subscription ' we curate a wonderful variety of mixed chocolate for you. Every month you will find a fine mix of light chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate in your box. There are also small cocoa-based products that take you to the origin of cocoa in terms of taste.

In terms of sustainability, we also want to do without packaging waste as far as possible with our subscription offer. To make this easier for our subscribers as well, we rely on a refill system. With the first delivery you will receive a box, tasting materials and of course fine chocolates. With the latter, we naturally invite you to taste and enjoy them directly. In turn, we ask you to keep the box and the materials and to use them for the following chocolates. Don't worry: in the first box we will add a note about this again.

You want to taste your chocolate like real chocolate experts? Here we go! Here are our tasting tips:
Tasting preparation:
Ideally, you should make sure that your chocolate and any pairing drinks are brought to room temperature before the tasting. Are you trying the chocolate with several people? So that the others are not initially influenced by the pretty packaging, it is best to unpack the chocolates beforehand and break them into small pieces.
Smaller pieces of around 5g per person are ideal, we recommend 2 small pieces per person. So you can “taste” it again.
If you want to take a more professional approach, you can also have a pen and paper ready to jot down impressions.
You try several chocolates one after the other? Then only glasses and water are missing for the perfect tasting happiness ;-). You use the water to neutralize between the taste buds. It should not be too cold, otherwise the mouth will cool down and the next chocolate may melt more slowly. If you like, you can add a splash of apple cider vinegar to the water. According to bean-to-bar pioneer Zotter, this cleans the taste buds on the tongue particularly well. By the way: even if you only try one fine chocolate, you can still do a mini tasting. Take your favorite chocolates from the supermarket and see where the differences lie. This is exciting both in terms of taste but also in terms of the ingredients and information that the manufacturers provide you with.
